Enrique leaves the group

So sad but Enrique will leave Ayu Team :

Nothing is eternal, this morning Enrique announced that by agreement with Ayumi, that he left the troupe. Summary of his message, relayed on twitter by the singer who sent all her support and her love.
He said that he accompanied Ayu since her debut 17 years ago, and he has always done his best to contribute to the success of her shows.
But in recent years, he felt unsure and wondered if he was still holding both his place. Basically, it says that prevailed at the beginning, it was more a "Rock'n'roll mind" that the technical or virtuoso aspect . Whether it's him, be it other, be it Ayumi, even if they had some flaws, it was not serious, it was the "spirit" that prevailed. More she's progressing in her career, more she had to become more and more challenging in the details. He therefore thought he is not be up. So he prefers to leave the group. He says think it's the best for Ayu and for him. This is a positive decision to move forward.
He adds that for its part, it will go back to what he was in his debut, the rock debut and will start again to write, compose and sing. He will take over this road full of holes , and that he will voluntarily plunge in this technical imperfection.
Of course, even if he will be in the shade, it will continue to support Ayu and her Team.

I'm almost in tears when I read Ayu's tweet about this. its as if a part of me is saying goodbye to a friend I've learned to love for all these years. Anyway, I wish all the best for Enrique and the future of Ayu's band nonetheless. Wonder who'll replace him

When someone is popular and famous, everyone wants to stick with him/her.
When someone is getting less popular, people are moving on and leaving him/her.

it is strange when members who've been sticking with her since her debut are leaving now. It's all those people that are on stage with her that make the show. Just like she said once it almost became a brand of a sort. It's more like "Ayumi Hamasaki & Friends" rather than just Ayumi hamasaki. Soon she's gonna be the only one original member left in the group.

It is a bit scary since over past couple of years quite a few people left her musical side.

If Yochan leaves, i'm done...her live performances won't ever be the same again.
