PVs in relation the song lyrics
Okay, here's another one. Do you think that Ayu's PVs capture the meaning of the lyrics? I know that they technically don't have to go along with what she's singing, but would it kill her to make some sense with PVs? For example, the PV for Dearest. Yes, it's great and all, but I don't really think it goes with what she's singing, well, it sort of does....
I'm not sure how much control she has over what the concept of the PVs are, since she's not the one directing them (yet I would assume that she would have to be the one to approve it in the end) perhaps the PVs that don't seem to make sense use a lot of symbolism that might not be understood by some? what do y'all think? |

As long as the PVs got a story and some sort of deep-ness to it I think it's ok...just don't want her to release a PV like 'Be the one'....(no...not attacking BoA, just one of the recent pointless ones that came to mind o_o)

Most of her PVs are strongly attached to the lyrics in my opinion. It's funny that sometimes they do it in a contadictory way: WHATVER PV for example. If i'm not mistaken the lyrics talkigabout hope and being ale to achieve things...I just know it has positive lyrics but the PV shows the opposite. I thought that was quite cool because the arrangements from the M version of WHATEVEr are also contradictory to the lyrics making you feel a certain despair or something like that.

I also think the majority of her lyrics relate to the PVs, but some weren't exactly clear to me, even after reading the lyrics.

To me, must of the PVs are strange and have little or nothing to do with the lyrics. Fly High for example.

Angel's Song lyrics + PV = ??? Greatful Days Boys & Girls Evolution Kanariya To Be PVs of songs from A Song for XX however, I could be wrong ^.^** If anyone sees how the lyrics relate to what's going in the PV, I'd love to know <3 |

Greatful days has STRONG relation to the lyrics I think it's one of the PVs that have one of the highest relation to the lyrics. I've made a review for it somewhere.

The voyage one was kinda based on her little movie.

I think "evolution" kinda goes with the lyrics, since the lyrics are about the future and the whole concept of the PV is vaguely futuristic, it being that they're filming her in one place then she's performing on a stage somewhere else as a holographic projection.
Reminds me of Jem, actually
