Is "Dearest" supposed to sound all low quality and crappy?

I mean.. every copy of the song, it sounds "low quality", especially at the start. So much that it makes me want to tear my hair out. The Acoustic Orchestra version isn't like that..

So preferrably someone with the CD or single, is Dearest supposed to sound like it is crackly and such?

What do you mean by "crackly"? I own the album and the single...nothing sounds abnormal/crackly to me when I listen to it.

It sounds normal on my CD. Maybe the versions you listened to were ripped at low quality?

When I listen to it from a CD or the PV, it sounds normal. I don't hear any weird sounds in it.

Uh, actually. I think I understand you. Does it sound like the one from the series of Inuyasha? Yeah, the version I have doesn't sound clear. Well, I'm not sure if it sounds cracky and all, but I know that it isn't all that clear. The beginning is weird and very low. I can barely hear Ayu and I have to put up my volume. Every time I listen to that song from someone else, it's the same version. >_<

I always have a problem with Ayu's vocals in the song, which no one seems to point out xD It's perfect until she starts singing for chorus and her voice just keeps sounding strained and flat...

Especially in lives too, but apprently those were her best vocally XD I think I am missing something ^_^.

Btw, the CD-quality version for me sounds almost crystal-clear quality... is it a constant crackling sound in the background in the instrumental part of the song? It's like how all the evolution -instrumental- always sounds low quality to me I think...

That might be it.. I mean, I downloaded it a REALLY long time ago (it was one of my first Ayu songs) off of KaZaA, so it's most likely low quality/the Inuyasha one. So now I am downloading the link that someone provided earlier, to see if that's any better.

[edit] Yes! This one is SO much better, thanks whoever uploaded it. This is the one I had before: http://s46.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3...X31CJS9L6HYCRM . I think it IS from Inuyasha.. I like this song a lot better now that it isn't craptastic quality. [/edit]

You can call 'whoever' Ayumi no Yume or Christina, and You're welcome.
The first time i downloaded it, all of the files were crappy.
It wasn't till i came to AHS that I found a good version.

Well, I was busy at that time and I didn't have the chance to scroll up and get the name. A simple "you're welcome" would've sufficed, there was no reason to get an attitude.

Yeah. It was one of the first few songs I downloaded too. Not just that, I also got it from Kazaa.

But yeah. Now I'm downloading the better version. ^^

I wasn't getting an attitude. Sorry if it seemed that way. I was just suggesting. I just kinda thought you don't really like me, so you might have not wanted to thank me directly. Anyway, OT. ---

EDIT: Now that i reread that, it did sound like i had an attitude... :X So sorry. Didn't mean anything.
