I agree, I don't know if she will be sucessful in america. I mean, her songs don't match with american taste.

give it time to warm up. Some albums in the past have taken time to reach a high spot. Personally i think when she releases her next single things may improve I'm still gonna buy it when it hits the UK

I didn't expect much, considering she's pretty much unknown here and it's her first album. I'd give it time.

What's interesting is that its sale rank is #86 on Amazon.com

That doesn't surprise me one bit. Her song isn't playing on the radio and her album isn't being sold in a lot of stores. That's actually not too bad for a completely unknown artist. Most people aren't just going to buy an album they've never heard of before. I agree on giving it time. Utada just needs more exposure.
