New Otsuka Ai album out 17th November
She's releasing them things REALLY quickly. From her official site, her new album, "LOVE JAM" will be released 17th November. As per normal, the disc comes in 2 formats, a CD+DVD and a CD-only combination. The first-press of the CD-only combination (limited to 200,000 copies) comes with a 80-page illustration book drawn by Ai herself. And no, the CD is NOT copy-controlled, from what I gather.

CD+DVD: 3800 yen (tax in)
CD-only: 3059 yen (tax in)

The covers for both versions have also been uploaded on Ai's page, personally I think they look kinda weird with jam smeared all over her face. O_O

I'm kind of disappointed with the tracklist, with only just 11 songs? C'mon! Avex is obviously rushing to release the CD! Haha, but I still love her ballads like KINGYO HANABI and Daisuki Dayo! Yar, Ai's ballads are totally kickass in my opinion! But geez ... I think the cover does look a bit weird. But haha, it's cute!

I'm kind of worried Otsuka Ai is going to turn into another food freak! Like SWEETS!

SWEETS - Love like Candy Floss, Love *star* Rasberry Juice ...

Otsuka Ai - Love Punch (Fruit Punch) and now ... Love Jam (Jam)

Haha, that sure beats the rumoured Ham and Eggs of Ayu!

Why!? You tricked my Ai! I just ordered Daisukidayo, and for once she put the B-side on her album!! If my Daisukidayo doesn't come with a picture book I'll be really mad at Avex...

I'd probably rather get the CD only, just for the picture book, and the DVD cover is sort of weird, but I like the idea of a short film for Kingyo Hanabi...

So I guess I have to buy the Overseas CD+DVD because I don't think I'll be able to pre-order it soon enough...

Just when I spent all my money on LEGEND, Daisukidayo and Air/Cook/Sky...

how many new songs are on this album~? I've only heard like 4 of those songs on the tracklisting... if she has a lot of new songs on it, then 11 tracks really isn't that bad.

Oh, and the covers of the album make my stomach turn ::gags::

I cancelled my Daisukidayo and will preorder this as soon as it's available (wants picture book so badly!!)..

*just thought of this* What is Friends is different than the Daisukidayo version!? Then I'll have to buy it after all because I love the single version!
