It's finally there and also puts Ayumi Hamasaki second place on the all time chart for female artists with albums that sold 1 million or more.

If yes, it's Yumi Matsutoya not Noriko Sakai.

Hmm...Noriko Sekai has never ever sold anything over a million in her singing career. But she is quite popular though.
