Could someone translate the article?
It seems that avex did not even mention the new single to be a 3A one, avex said it's the problem of some cd stores which has mistaken the news and made up the 3A news themselves which misled many of us to think of the new single a 3A one


Plus, the remix of BLUE BIRD is entitled "BLUE BIRD(Harderground Remix)"

マキシ・シングル『BLUE BIRD』の情報が、一部の情報誌やCD店のHPなどに、タイトル曲の「BLUE BIRD」と「Beautiful Fighters」に加えて、もう1曲A面曲が収録される《3曲トリプルA面のマキシ・シングル》と紹介さ れていました。

事実、当初は上記のような内容で進行しておりました。が、制作進行上で、書き下ろし曲は、タイトル曲の「B LUE BIRD」と「Beautiful Fighters」の２曲、さらに3曲目に「Ladies Night 〜another night〜」、そして４曲目に「BLUE BIRD (Harderground remix)」を収録するという形に決定しました。

Information regarding the maxi single "BLUE BIRD" was introdudced in some informational magazines and CD store websites as a "triple A-side maxi single" with an additional A-side song recorded in addition to the title song, "BLUE BIRD" and "Beautiful Fighters".

In fact, at first we were going ahead with the above-mentioned contents. However, as we went on, we decided that the included new songs should take shape in both the title-song "BLUE BIRD" and "Beautiful Fighters", plus "Ladies Night ~another night~" as the third song, and also "BLUE BIRD (Harderground remix)" as a fourth track.

In other words, the tracklisting has changed from the intial plan, becoming two new songs, one re-arranged song, and one remix, but we hope you understand that this is, of course, the intentional result of Hamasaki herself, together with her staff, for a better piece of work - a more satisfying piece of work.

I know its not to be read this way but when I read it i'm getting "Blame ayu its her who didn't want to release it. Blame her not us. We just do what she says"... but I'm glad she didn't have confidence with the song so she wants to make it better.

No, cause usually people blame the record company when stuff like this happens. I think they want to ensure everyone that Ayu herself agreed with the release of the single without the third track. [even though they could've like.. delayed it.. but then it's been so long that people have been waiting..]

MY STORY CLASSICAL was basically a rearranging with orchestral-flair... I wonder how the next 'remix' album will be like..

Nor do I, honestly. When I read the original text, initially, I got the impression that it was the company's decision to change the single, and they sort of bent Ayu's arm.

My train of thought: From Ayu's stand-poitn: big summer single = fewer singles to release/promote = more free time for Ayu. From the company's stand-point: big summer single = one expensive release = one lump sum income, rather than a bunch of money all throughout the year. Ayu has released a lot of triple A-side singles in the summertime (H and & were consecutive summers). They would rather she release several small singles because they are cheaper to put out, and they create a longer span of income. The past two summers have been full of releases, and I'm sure they want to keep Ayu going on a roll and get several more singles out of this next album before its release (Instead of only one in the spring, one big one in the summer, and one in the fall/winter). Ayu has been doing so many double A-sides lately (let alone triple A-sides - which are rare for any artist), they probably want to thin her about a bit.

If this is the case, then with this single change, I feel there will be another single at the end of the summer, similar to the pattern the past two years have taken.
