You don't have to buy all 3 to get the poster. Just one of them.

Each version comes with the poster, so if you bought all three versions I'm guessing you'd get three versions of the same poster.

I bought version B, and the poster is quite nice actually. It would make a nice calendar.

Don't get so alarmed, I'm almost 100% sure that the poster is going to be same that you'll get if you buy in a store in Japan. Looking at CDJapan's sister, Neowing, the state that they're giving out a poster too.
