Cracked items from yesasia?

You guys realize if you request a box at checkout your stuff WON'T come cracked right? All you do at checkout is type "Please ship item in a box. Thank you." in the comment box. Then you will recieve an email that says "As per your request in order 000000, we will pack your shipment in a box with additional bubbles to avoid shipment damage.
Once again, thank you very much for your continued support of YesAsia.com. We look forward to seeing you again at our store."

I noticed some people complaining about broken items, so felt I should post this

my stuff sometimes gets cracked even with a box. i got two cracked cds in a box...but i really dont care about cracked cd cases cuz they will get cracked sooner or later anyway. maybe if yu request it in a box they put more bubble wrap....i dunno....but anyway, thanks for posting this. i didnt know yu could request for stuff like that lol...im very unobservant.lol

You're welcome ^___^! When you do request a box they say they add more bubble wrap, and my stuff always come sung and secure

oh cool! YAY now i get more fun bubbly wrap to play with when my stuff comes. ive always ignored the comment box lol...too bad my next order will be from cdjapan...i wanted lots of bubblewrap...

you shouldnt have to request anything... they should known about shipping ... bleh.. thats why i dont buy from yesasia.... the good online shops always ships their products in a box

I've been asking YesAsia to ship my CDs in a box since last year, and so far I've never received a cracked item. Everyone should do this too!

Plus, you get more bubblewrap. We all love bubblewrap right?

last time i ordered cds from them they were in a box and the cases from both of them were cracked anyway

No, they still crack when shipped in a box.

And their bubblewrap is filthy, there's so much dirt on it, be sure to wash your hands after playing with it.

I've never had dirty bubblewrap and/or cracked items when they came in a box XD!

I've never had dirty bubblewrap or cracked CDS and i've never used a box...

their packages are like super wrapped in bubblewrap..and then the envelope itself is all lined with bubblewrap...i'll remember this though now that you guys say they have a bad shipping reputation...

i've NEVER had problems from Yesasia..O.o. I got lucky? haha. But...i think they shipped my CDs in a box a few times without asking.

Will try that with my next order, though I haven't had many cracked cases since they started using more bubblewrap, and since I started ordering more than one CD in an order - it's useful to know these kinds of things.

WEll I didn't use boxes for my Dearest and Daybreak so I guess i've had good luck... Now I just probably ruined my luck haha. *knocks on wood* but Probably if i ever get anymore ayumi Hamasaki CD's I'll probably request it in a box.

Both of my copies of Chihiro Onitsuka's "This Armor" and Ayu's "Memorial address" came cracked, and they were in boxes. =/
