I'll show you people the licensed version of Ayumi Hamasaki CD & Cassettes from Indonesia
If there's other Indonesian would like to post theirs, please do so too, but only the licensed version of Indo Semar Sakti, since it's the only company that officialy has bought the license of avex trax to sell their CDs in Indonesia, with cheaper prices and....less-good quality of printing but still in decent quality.

Cassettes? Do shops still sell those? I thought they were completely replaced by CDs already..

CDs are quite expensive in my country. We tend to buy bootlegged CD coz it's cheaper and buy original cassettes.

The price range for CD is IDR 70,000 for the licensed version, but the OS version could reach IDR 150,000.
As for cassettes, it's only ranged from IDR 20,000 - IDR 25,000. So cassettes are still favored here. Just like Japan with their MDs.
