Ooooooh. I think this is just a reminder to TeamAyu's campaign of some kind. They have opened this page for a limited amout of time..... I read their announcement of that a few weeks ago.

i put it into babelfish and it said something about major recruitment (for new members) campaign....

edit:
(Team Ayu)：期間限定 (Team Ayu) オフィシャルファンクラブ入会キャンペーン実施中！

translates to on babelfish
