Not yet - Thoughts
Writing as I'm listening... It starts out so calmly, very soothingly, so sweet.
Then it just explodes, into the crazy beat that characterizes the song. The interlude goes more crazy towards the end, which is something often happening to Ayumis interludes I think. The title weirds me out, although I have no clue yet what it is she's singing in the song, maybe it'll help when you get to know that. Overall I think it's a very nice introduction to the album, it prepares you for what's to come. I like it a lot better now with the full version.

When people say synth is bad "all the time" or trance/techno sucks, then they should listen to this song. This is how it should be done. I wish this was a full track, so bad.

I already forgot how it sounded. xD After re-listening, I guess it's ok. Maybe I'll like it more in the future.

I think Not yet is a great opening for Secret. I like how it sounds and I wish it would have been a full track but oh well. I think I like Catcher In The Light better though.

It's pretty good, would have been better if they didn't go back to the calm rythm between the two 'chorus' parts.

Since I suck at describing songs.
'Not yet' sounds so calm and soothing. I love how it just turns into a sort of trance-like song~

I love the bell tolls in this song~ The synth is awesome and I think this is a very appropriate introduction for the album. Although it's not a full-length song, it's 2 minutes long which is satisfying enough. Hmm I wonder if I like this or Catcher in the Light more~

I do hope a full version appears on the next single! Or something! I LOVE This song! It's actually one of my favourites right now.
If she made it one minute longer it would've been a full song. I love the energy and build. I think it adds some valuable variety to the album. And I love it.

Heh. I like how it changes of course, but I'm VERY happy that it's no longer than 2 minutes. If it was longer, it would have died.
But it has a certain quality that makes it really awesome... an inspirational stir.

Oooh..at first I was a little bored, but I quickly started to like this opening. i think it's very fitting for this album. I can't wait to listen to the CD on my headphones. It reminds me a lot of RAINBOW stuff.

(typing as I'm listening to Not yet on FIRST LISTEN)
It's so mysteriously calm at the start. It sounds like you're at the front of a gothic church. Then when the guitar sound comes on, you sense this upcoming wave of beat and it erupts into this total techno trance sounding thing. Excellent! I really like the trance part! Then it slows down and you hear church bells with all these electronica fusion sounds. Wow, simply amazing! Though I was caught off guard by the ending, seemed a bit abrupt but I guess I'm too distracted by the typing.

This song makes me extremely sad for 2 main reasons:
-Too short. -ayu's remix era has long been over. This is easily one of my most favorite ayu songs ever. It could have been longer  The acoustic chords sound so awesome. A trance track lasting 7+ minutes of this song would so trigger me into going clubbing again  It's really sad that we don't get remixes cds anymore, cause this song definitely deserves to last longer and become one full trance track!

Not Yet is definitely a great opening, I like it a lot.
I also like how at first it is very calm and then BOOM. And at the end it calms down again. Great. <3 I'm not sure would I like to hear a longer version or not...
