No, it doesn't say anything about ballads at all. It says "painful/heartbroken songs" for the black version, and "bright/cheerful/upbeat songs" for the white version. That means they may both have rock songs as well as softer ballads on them.

P.S i have no idea what's that "light music" mean
maybe something like pop/ light rock etc
