Why make Memorial address hidden?

I just wondered what your view were on this.

It seems kinda stupid to make the track hidden even tho it's already been released.

I think it's a message from ayu to someone. I heard that MA is about ayu's feelings towards her father. So maybe this is a secret message that ayu has sent to him in some shape or form. Maybe it's something like even tho he's not in her life she still thinks about him or something.

What do you all think?

And yes I do have the habit of over-analyzing things

i wonder the same thing. why include a hidden track that we already know?

i think it'd make more sense to list memorial address and then make part of me the hidden track.

Well, Memorial address doesn't have it's own PV, and most of the songs on the BEST are singles, or album tracks that have a PV. That's enough to explain it for me at least.

well Memorial address is supposed to be the "sequel" to "teddy bear" which is directly linked to ayu's memories of her father...hmm...it's interesting.

was teddy bear on the original A Best?

No. There isn't. If you look closely, that "DVD" tracklist has HANABI on it as well, which obviously, does not have a PV.

Personally, I think she can put whatever the heck she wants on the album, hidden or not. It's not like she needs to give us a reason. But we can theorize and "make stuff up" so to speak as much as we want..

Its not a cover she just used the beat :]

The song probably had a lot of meaning to her and she wanted to include something really close to her.

The only difference is that someone [probably max matsuura] doesn't say anything before the song starts..

It's fine with me that this is a bonus track. The fact that it is included in her best collection makes me extremely happy already, since this is one of her most emotional songs. I guess this was made as a secret track since it perfectly captures the essence of black, just as how a song is born is a good way to end white's positive uplifting messages. it was made into a hidden track so as to give fans and listeners a pleasant surprise in the end of black. it's like saying "thanks for buying this version even if it seems that white is more worth your money with the cdl in there while this one only has one new track. here's an added bonus for you! surprise!"

It's nice that she has it there but still xD It shouldn't have been hidden. I guess Ayu and Avex wanted to raise anticipation so people would be more enthusiastic to buy it but since people leak and do other crazy crab to ruin it for others...it may fail

I'm just happy that she's including it in the BEST album and since it's one of my favourite songs, I have no complaints what so ever.

And I'm happy that they took out the talking in the beginning.

Well I don't know if this is running through anyone else's head but what I was thinking was that on her mini it's Memorial Address~Take 2 Ver.~, so I was thinking maybe it's a different mix of the song, or rearrangment...idk but that's my opinion...

i'm guessing it might be because it's a cover song-not really her song, but it's too good of a song to be left out, so she choose to put it as hidden?

It's not. It's the same as the one on the Memorial address mini-album..
