Tomoko Tane...?
Okay so I've heard her song Broken Wings... a while back just never knew what it was called before...did it have a tie-in with any shows??? I just came across it yesterday and I just want more music from her too...so please help me.

Yeah, "Broken Wings" was the ending theme to the anime Trinity Blood. It's the only song I know by her.
