I was in love with the BSB in the 90's and then after Black and Blue, I kinda lost interest. Didn't one of them leave the group?

Yeah, Kevin did. I think it was a bad idea to continue on with a member having already left. The Spice Girls tried a few years ago (I think that song was called "Holler" or smth) and failed miserably XD

Seriously, BB should just give it a rest...they were good back then but I don't see them making a successful comeback.

I used to love BSB. I was literally a 5th grade groupie! I don't think I would listen to them now though. Too many changes in the group.

I was a big big fan! i even saw them live twice! Black and Blue was not a good album, but Never gone is quite good, in my opinion. Althought, incosolable, after "incomplete".. a little repetitive!

i am going to see if i can listen their new song!

thank you for the news!

omg, Kevin did quit the group! that's strange, I mean, BSB without one of tem... and AJ, has strange eyes...

I thought they broke up.

Here we go, they're probably going to try to be extremely urban and work with Timbaland and Ne-yo. I've always preferred them to N'SYNC, they seem a lot cooler. They should go the pop/rock route or else they're going to sound like every other mainstream artist.

EDIT: Nevermind, seems they aren't going urban.

What?! Wow. I was obsessed with them way back when they were popular. Kevin was my favorite. Um, nowadays though, wouldn't they be the Backstreet Men? Or Old Dudes? XD

my sister used to be a huge BSB fan, but not now anymore.
I became a BSB fan since I saw the "Incomplete" video on MTV, and I love that album too.

I haven't listen to their first single yet, but I heard it already leaked, anyway, I'll wait for the album.

Well I can say that honestly I've moved on from BSB. And I did that a loooong time ago. But it's nice they are still abel to make music, and I'm glad for them to have such a dedicated fan base, God knows I feel that way about teh Spice Girls (I LOVE HEADLINES!!!). But I never really enjoyed BSB much in the first place, I guess I was always an N'Sync lover.

LOL I guess I'm one of those "loyal fans". I know their songs are still cheesy, about love relationships, but I still enjoy their vocals and sound. Thankfully the only member that left didn't make much difference to their music anyway, since he hardly ever had main vocals in the songs. I'm really liking UNBREAKABLE. Not anything breathtaking or original, but it's nice and catchy to listen to.

I think they've improved as singers, specially Nick carter. His voice back then was so high-pitched... Now he even looks better IMO.
This new song is quite good, the chorus is addictive, but I don't know about the rest of the album.

Seriously, BB should just give it a rest...they were good back then but I don't see them making a successful comeback.

Well, the thing is that the Spice Girls didn't do proper promotion at all during Forever (third album) era. And they hid from the media a week or two after the release of that album. As a SG fan, I was really embarrassed back in 2000. I believe lots of us couldn't believe what they did to us and many fans tended to ignore that era.

The thing is... I'm kinda glad that Geri left in the first place. If she didn't leave and they kept on releasing albums, they would end up as a fading star and nobody really cared about them. This is what BB look like today. Of course they are more artistic right now and I believe they are making better music. But as a fan dun you feel bad that they're not popular anymore?

And look at today's SG. Although they are just doing a reunion and then goodbye forever, at least they make a really big impact on their return. (well except the cds... again they do NOTHING at all... Not promoting their greatest hits and the comeback single.. they are focusing too much on their upcoming tour).

I just dunno.. BB and SG were considered as rivals back in their golden era. It's quite weird to see what they're at right now. SG messed up their early career with Geri's departure and a bad third album. BB sorta stayed together for at least 4 successful albums but eventually fading into background...
