How do u upload pics from My Documents to here?

I seriously have no idea on how to go about doing it so any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

There are two ways:
1. Open an account with frailart or another image hosting site and upload your files there (Look here ). 2. Upload files to the forum using the "Attach file" option. This option appears on the reply page.

Sorry 4 probing in but erm I just wanna know if anyone here does happen 2 know how 2 shrink an image size? Does uploading the huge pic onto Geocities etc help?
