Ayu Wedding Songs

I hate the traditional wedding music, so someday when I have mine, I want to make my own wedding soundtrack that also includes Ayu songs.

So, what do you think which Ayu song would make a great wedding song/soundtrack (for your wedding or a wedding in general)? You can also recommend which ones would best fit in what part of a wedding too (ex: bride walking down the aisle or after groom kisses bride or during reception)
It could be any version of her songs, from acoustic orchestras to piano instrumentals. List away!!!

I don't know Secret has piano version or not but if somebody can to play this melody in piano it will be amazing for wedding i guess

Oh God. I don't plan to get married anytime soon, but reading this thread really makes me want to get married and have an awesome Ayu-filled wedding celebration.

I agree entirely about Secret. The lyrics of the actual song are kind of sad, but the melody itself is really, really beautiful.

Close to you always struck me as a wedding song from the first time I heard it. The bell sound in the intro just brings forth visions of a church and happy people everywhere.

Would have to think about the other songs, but I do think those two songs are very fitting.

I'd have to come back after listening to a few songs, but I just see "HONEY" being played as the happy, newlywed couple run down the aisle after they've shared their first kiss as husband and wife.

I heard that a lot of japanese people use "Voyage" as their special wedding song (starting a journey together, it's a love song and a pretty ballad so all mixed together makes the perfect wedding song).

Other that comes to mind - Dearest, Moments, HANABI, Together When..., (somehow Duty), SEASONS, Secret, part of Me and such.

For the up-beat part - Connected, Fly high, Startin', Bold & Delicious, BLUE BIRD and such of the genres - non rockish up beat songs since rock usually doesn't fit to wedding unless if both people LOVE rock.

I think that Key would be a fitting song as well, I haven't seen it getting a mention yet. I haven't heard the ~eternal tie ver.~, but the "nicely nice waterfowl remix" is just gorgeous.

Anyways I think it's a beautiful song and the "I wanna be your sweet angel" is really sweet, it would fit for your first dance together as a married couple.

i once had a dream about a couple getting married on a beach to a remix of fairyland. the song was put to a sort of mellow-ish new age fast-paced synthed drums... if that makes any sense XD lol

maybe if i can get my hands on some remix software, i could try to recreate it

There is no other song that you can walk down the aisle to.

A piano and Ayu. It's so magical and beautiful.

And then you end up in front of the groom when she sings her final "boku no taisetsu na takara mono." It's the perfect way to marry someone.

just because M has a wedding feeling, i think it'd be a good song too. but i personally would probably chose CAROLS. maybe not to walk down the isle to because it's slow and sounds kind of sad, but i think it's a great choice for a wedding song.

the whole "Please laugh away, these days of mine are filled with false things" lyrical part of Secret ruins the wedding feeling for me. it's makes it seem like it's a bad feeling or something. maybe Endless sorrow?

if i had a summer wedding, i would probably pick BLUE BIRD as one of the songs and maybe fairyland too. they both have great lyrics and a nice melody.

later on through the night i'd probably end up playing HONEY, even though some people find it to be really annoying, i love the lyrics. XD and then independent would most definitely be the ending song of the whole wedding. yup, i've got it all planned out. XD
