OMG.. Relax people!!! Everyone has different opinions...I personally likes namie very much too and find that she has a very sweet personality..... But not everyone likes namie...

And same goes for YUI or Aiko or even ayu... Not everyone likes them (Just like how i dun really like Yui or Aiko, are u gonna ban me this instance??)

Lol! What's an ideal woman? If she's someone who can sew, do housework and be behind a successful man, i doubt people like namie and ayu are ideal...

I'm actually surprised (but quite pleased, nevertheless) that Namie Amuro got the top spot. I thought her divorce and child would decrease her popularity, but it seems she's well liked the way she is. I'm not surprised Ayumi Hamasaki is in the top five, although I will admit I never expected to see YUI, aiko, or YUKI. Then again, I don't know much about their images and personalities, so maybe they have a very "ideal woman" appearance?

great to see my two favorite artists in the top 5! not to mention amuro-chan being #1. as for melrose, that was quite rude of you to say, but i'm not going to go on a bashing diatribe like you did because i know that namie is a nice person, not what you think she is. i happened to have the privilige (sp?) of seeing her on the street once and i said "hi namie-san, how are you doing?" to her not expecting a reply, but she smiled and waved back at me and said "hi, i'm doing well thank you!"

(think my heart stopped when she said that lol)

she's very sweet. please don't judge a person like a book.

lol tokyo, where else? i go back there times a year for vacation to go to ayu's concerts. it was a while back, i can't exactly remember the exact place but it was in front of a tv station, pretty sure. maybe she was going in for an interview?
