さっき、写メ添付するの忘れてたから、書き直しっ。

今朝も早かったから、眠いぞーーーーーーーー。

寝るぞーーーーーーーー。

今日も外はあっつくて汗だくだったので、

この子達がマストハブ！！！



ミネラルウォーター。

このドリンクホルダー可愛くないっ(*^_^*)

斜めがけにして、一日中持ち歩いてたよん♪

あと、番長とおそろの扇子♪

あおぐと超いい香りがするのだ〜。

癒されるぅ〜。

んでは、揉みの子とストレッチやって寝よっ。

みんなも、寝る前にストレッチやってみて〜。

寝付き＆寝起きの感じが相当違うよぉ〜。

おやぷみ。

I forgot (^_^; )

I posted something awhile ago but i forgot to attach the pictures, so I'm writing it again.

I was sleepy because it was early this morning. (or I'm sleepy because I've been up since early this morning, not sure.)

Let's sleeeeeeep.

Because it was really hot and sweaty today, these things were must haves!!!



Mineral water.

Isn't this drink holder cute? (*^_^*)

It prevented slippage and I was able to carry it all day ♪

And, Bancho and I had matching folding fans ♪ (?)

There was a really good smell of insense when I looked up and I felt good (healed?)

I'm getting a massage and doing some stretching then going to sleep.

Everyone, please try to stretch before you go to sleep too.

When I have company, the feelings of getting up and down are different (talking about the stretching?)

The drink-holder looks SO handmade I think Shu-ya made it!

And isn't Bancho a little too... inappropriate to have a similar fan as Ayu! It's for girls... I think. And I LOVE those shades omg... I love her style really!

I think it's not a person called Momi, but "momu" means "to massage" or "to coach". So she's probably done stretching with a coach or someone like it.

you're wrong... Bancho is her nail artist and her fitness traienr is called SOU.

Bancho is the woman next to ayu in the first and second foto, and SOU the men that is in her right side (left for you) in the second foto:




And yeah... the last pic seems taken from 2000!!! O.O
