it's just about her 10th year and they show her different eras. i don't see them talking about anything at 1:18 so i figured you were referring to the part at 1:15 with the 6 pics? if so, they are just talking about her different styles.
1. camouflage pattern 2. leopard print 3. fur tail 4. head dress 5. tulip hat 6. 70s style logo accessory then from 2:04, they mention that there was a transition in her lyrics. they compare "YOU" to "talkin' 2 myself". YOU = 'I pray that someday I can heal someone’s heart just by being by their side' talkin' 2 myself = 'What are you grieving for? If you feel like your mind is being controlled by what you see, then listen to your heart'
