Ayu's Concert Stage Dress

So I'm doing a speech about Ayu next week and along with talking about her career and achievements, I wanted to show off some of the amazing outfits she's worn and the different concert stages she's had.

There's one outfit in particular that I'd like to know more about though.
In this particular Music Station talk (the one with Lady Gaga), they talk about this dress/stage:


Can you guys tell me more about that dress/outfit/stage?
Or do you know what concert/performance it's from?

She used the same outfit for her Countdown Live 2006-2007.

Lol I'm absolutely sure I have that performance on DVD and I can't even remember which tour..

It's definitely on Best of Countdown Live 2006-2007, which is on A BEST -WHITE- CD+2DVD version. She performs No Way To Say in it.

But I think it was performed before. Arena Tour 2003-2004 probably, but I'm not 100% sure. Someone help!
