Translation request: Nakano Sayuri profile

I did a quick search before posting this so I hope this is allowed and it's in the right place...

Can someone please translate the following information for me from this picture?
Spoiler:

I want to add to her entry at JPopsuki and normally I would just use Google to translate the information but I can't copy-and-paste the text to do that since it's a picture.

It doesn't have to be a word-for-word translation; as long as I can get some basic information for a profile, I'd be very grateful.

Haha, yeah, I got those bits already.

I did find some info about her in Japanese and I used Google and Babelfish to translate it but it would still be nice to know what's written in the picture, particularly the two paragraphs underneath her stats.

I did write a brief profile for her already...
Spoiler:
Sayuri Nakano (中野サユリ) is a Japanese indie artist based in Osaka.

She made her singing debut at the age of 14 on the 566 song "Never Say Why, Never Say No" after successfully passing a vocalist audition held by Sony Music Entertainment. The track was used as the opening theme to the TV show "Kindaichi Case Files" and produced by Tetsuya Komuro.

Putting her singing career on hiatus to concentrate on her education, Sayuri began her return to the music scene in 2005 through various live performances and projects culminating on 2010.05.19 with the release of her solo debut mini album "Mitsukete" on the independent MID ISLAND RECORDS label.

...but I'd just like need to know if the information in the picture has anything worthwhile to add.
