I'm so in tears...but I don't want to spam the news thread! So we can discuss in both places k?

Do you think she'll have a big wedding dress? Or something unconventional? I wonder if the ceremony will be huge or small...

Do you really think she only knew Mannie that long? Do you think it will last?

Ayu has always been a "live in the moment" person...maybe she is rushing...but maybe she doesnt care! But then, why would it be so important to actually get married, you know? They could have just lived together like husband and wife...without actually having to go through with the ceremony...

idk, your thoughts?

And FYI, It has been confirmed that Ayu is not pregnant, and she is not retiring, so, sorry, the shotgun wedding ship has sailed.

She'll probably have two ceremonies, one incredibly private for family and another with friends.

For some reason, I can see Ayu going either way when it comes to the big, elaborate weddings. She's obviously a go-big-or-go-home kind of girl in her performance (and home, if tabloids are to be believed), but she's worn a wedding dress on stage so many times at this point... maybe she's over it?

I somehow want Ayu to be one of those few, young japanese people to do a traditional, japanese wedding. You know, the ones with tea ceremonies, big hats and a really gorgeous kimono? Then again, I want to see her in the world's biggest, most breathtaking and insanely expensive, white wedding dress.

How rich is Manny?

I really wanna see her in "real" wedding dress, glamour with lots of expensive jewerlies (since she's one of the most influence people in Japan)

IMO, It's kinda too fast, and communication would be the biggest problem. She doesn't really speak English and Manny doesn't speak Japanese. And where she is going to live?
How about her super busy schedule as an artist?

Baby Ayu would be cute (If she plan to have one), but is she going Hiatus?? (AHS would be temporary closed by then

)

I just... don't know how to feel about this right now. I'm so shocked. It seem so fast and so sudden. Of course I want her to be happy, but, I'm worried this will blow up in her face and I really don't want that. I don't know.

This echoes my feelings... to be honest I think this is too fast after four months... I just hope he's not after her fame and money. However I really do hope she is happy. I think she'll probably have a very small and quiet wedding with just her close friends.. wouldn't see her doing a huge one with the media chasing her.
