Your Worst Music Experience

My mother turned on one of their songs this Summer. It was already a long car drive, and it was very hot outside. So she decided to play some music. It was a rap remix of a Linkin Park song.

...

....And it was actually worse than it sounds. Angst plus bad rapping...ohmylordpajamas I wanted to disown my mother for even LIKING that stuff.

My worst music experience is, without a shadow of a doubt, Out Of Reach by Gabrielle.

I remember the first time I heard that commercial on TV...and how deeply disturbed I was by it.

And even worse, I worked at the Gap for several months, and on the kids side...they used to play Kidz Bop stuff... Like that "hey now, you're an allstar" song...I HATE THAT SONG, and hearing it sang by kids... *cries*

boo those Kidz Bop songs are so lame, they have to change the lyrics around because they're too sexually explicit! Like that Shakira (another GREAT MUSIC EXPERIENCE) song, they changed the lyrics to like "my fears are small and humble" =P
