what did ayu win in the MTV VMAJ 2004?

I found this in the Wikipedia page, but I'm guessing she won these 3 awards in 2004 (for the 2003 songs):

btw i know that for the 2004 songs she had problems with avex or something like that, so she couldn't participate

wasn't it that thing with INSPIRE, that she refused to take the award for it and after that she could never receive it again?

Maybe that was some other award.

Yeah, it was INSPIRE. She wouldn't accept the award for INSPIRE, and therefore could no longer get any. Not completely positive about why and no one's really fully explained it to me, so I'm not elaborating.

^It was explained in some thread, at least it was brainstormed quite seriously, I think what was dug up is that the song was written for ther fans and she didn't want to accept an award for herself because of that fact.

I'm not sure this was the MTV award though? Wasn't it like the Japan Gold Disc award or something?

Yes, that's the one. I can see the INSPIRE incident wasn't about the MTV award.

I think INSPIRE was nominated in the VMA awards [the PV] for the best female video, but just didn't win, and Mika Nakashima's PV won instead...

Yeah, INSPIRE was Nihon Record Taishou, not VMAJ's.

Wasn't the MTV awards for 2006 quite recently? fairyland was selected as her entry but she didn't win her group, so no award for her.

It was later, I didn't post back in May and I remember it too clearly, maybe late May. Yeah, really late May I think.
