No more German releases planned

I was wondering why there are no new German Releases so I wrote Drizzly and this is what I got:

Quote:
Hallo Stefanie,

Drizzly Music hat nur die Rechte an den Titeln, die wir schon veröffentlicht
haben. Im Moment sind keine weiteren Veröffentlichungen geplant.

Viele Grüße,
Jens
It says that they only have the rights for the Songs/remixes they allraedy released and that there are no more Releases planned...
Very sad imho :/

@Mods
Feel free to move this if it fits better in ayu Chat Room *wasnot sure were to post*

They probably didn't sell well enough for avex to sell Drizzly any more remix rights That makes me sad. ayu-trance.de didn't even ever exist, which makes me REALLY sad. It woulda been cool to see an official site for ayu's trance stuff.

Probably they don't get much attention... too bad they don't release "Original Mix" tracks along with the remixes or at least promote the remix releases properly...

It's a real shame. She could have gained more fanbases over Europe.

it's a shame , I liked all the german Ayu releases.

I think they were relatively succesfull , they did release 5 singles afterall. so it definitely wasn't a "one-hit wonder" that's really common in the trance/club music scene.

probably one contributing factor was a lack of source material. all the suitable trance remixes have had their german release. trance the genre as whole has lost a lot of popularity in Europe lately to other eletronic music genres , this might be another contributing factor too.

They did a decent job promoting it. Heck, when Above & Beyond were on A State of Trance, they talked about the M remix, which was pretty awesome. If you're into trance, at the very least you most likely know that track. But yeah, it could be that avex didn't want to promote her in Germany any more, or Drizzly were disappointed with the sales of UNITE! or something. Or maybe they've simply moved on to another flavor of the week. Who knows.... but she had a decent hit with "M", and that's pretty cool no matter how you look at it.

For two years I've been looking for any Ayu stuff in Germany (around Braunschweig, Hannover, Hildesheim) and never found anything. I know many small special shops that sometimes get rare items but not japanese music / dvds. Could you get those german releases in Germany? Or any other CDs/DVDs? If yes, than where?

right now, they're rare; so internet is your best option... When I was in germany, I found the CDs in "media markt", so nothing small or special store or anything.. but back then, the CDs were just released.

Ah.. I don't matter. In Germany you only could buy some Remixes. But.. I prefer her normal songs. Not the Trance-Dance-Remixes.
If they did more remixes, she maybee would become popular in the Trance-Szene.. but thats all.

Germany recently has a crush on J-music so I thought they will do sth in that direction just as they did when they had crush on manga (like tons of good anime in TV and manga in bookstores). It's easier for me to go and buy sth in Germany than through the internet so I still have some hope XD
