Question about "Ayupan"

Just two questions about Ayupan i didn't see in the FAQ sticky.

* When was the first Ayupan released?
* Can you buy Ayupan's anywhere else than at concerts?

In 2002, I don't know the exact date, and you can buy them on Ebay. And on mu-mo.net for the last ones.

yup release in 2002.. usually released after/before ayu's concert or ayumi's single or album release
