Intro of Life is from Moments

Does anyone else hear big similarities between Life's intro and some other parts and Moments? I'm not sure how to check, so could someone check if both these songs were composed by the same guy?

Moments was done by Tetsuya Yukumi, arranged by HIKARI.

Life was composed and arranged by Yuta Nakano. It has no similarity at all to Moments, really. It has more of a SEASONS-like feel [apparently its "sister" song] and can be mashed up with it..

Actually, Life was composed by Yukumi, arranged by Nakano.

Even so, I don't see any huge similarities between the two songs. SEASONS and Life are definitely more similar, since they both make use of almost the same instruments. Maybe the guitar solo in Moments sounds a little like the intro to Life, though?

Life actually has a part of the melody that is from Moments, truehapp, but with a few added notes. It was very noticeable when Moments played right after Life on my random playlist.

The intro melody of Life is kinda the same as Moments' chorus, and there was an other part that I forgot.

I know a lot of her music has the same sounds. o.O I know all her songs..

Edit: Oooh, the piano version of Life/SEASONS is so pretty. : OOO And Life on the piano is much better than the mellow rock version..! *_*

Whoops. I remembered that MW was like all Yuta.. and I thought that MW and Life were both done by him..I guess I forgot that Yukumi was stuck in there. So it IS the same composer, but I don't really think that makes a HUGE difference..

Oh well. I still really like Life, even though everyone loves completely hating on it, lol.

Heh, me too. It's actually my most played Ayu song. I have nothing nice to say about Moments. The love for Moments completely puzzles me.

The beginning of Life (guitars) sounds more like it was ripped off from Heartplace to be honest. The style of ayu singing in the beginning slightly reminds of the beginning of SEASONS.

I actually like this version of Life better than the original.

tbh, Moments is very much.. okay. I think the chorus really hits people [and the lyrics as a whole are very loveydovey]~

Life, however, is like.. organic. She's singing as though she's reflecting on the past and her "life" as a singer and I feel as though the nostalgic feeling that she seems to have applies to like, everyone [whereas Moments sorta just tugs on those in love / who like to think about love..]~
