Signed up for it this afternoon. It's so weird because on their page, it states you have to purchase something that is of 5000yen or above. But in the email, it states 3000yen. Weird...

It says you have to pay 3000 yen or more =[ Atleast they gave me 600 yen for my birthay

That covers their horrible shipping fee.
