well, I'm not japanese, but there's a lot of trouble for foreign peopel to join... and there's not a online board with japanese people who offers foreigners to be their intermediate... so I understand you ^^ I hope some day it will change ^^

I think it's a geographical thing mainly. It'd be awkward to have to post stuff out to foreigners. Plus, most foreigners CAN'T speak Japanese, so it'd be pointless them receiving Japanese newsletters.

Well, it's not only a geografical thing, like they only want people from japan... To join you need to have a japanese address and a japanese bank acount.

So i think that if they don't accept foreigners is because they would have to change all the payment process and they would have more work and spent more money sending to all the world the letters... So at the end we would have to pay more... Without forget the translation thing...

and they will do this if there's a lot of people..
