Ayu's song called "Memories"

What do you think happened to this song? When Moments was about to be released, Moments was arranged by a guy named HIKARI. HIKARI was on a website where it said something like:

HIKARI'S ARRANGMENTS:
Hamasaki Ayumi - Moments
Hamasaki Ayumi - Memories

It was, of course, posted on all site's (AHS thread: http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14841), and because it was an official site, it wasn't tagged as rumour and I don't think anyone every doubted it...
But of course, it was never released.

Was it a mistake, was it a song that never got released, or was it released afterwards under a different name? Your though please!

Maybe Memories became another song, or maybe she decided not to use it at all?

oh.. for information... These are the songs HIKARI arranged.. so if it was released afterwards, it must be one of these:

winding road
secret

maybe it something like "it was" which was planned to be in (miss)understood but they put it in Secret. Maybe this song is waiting for it's album to fit the story

It would nifty if this song has never seen the light of the day. It's cool to know that Ayumi has songs that no one outside of avex has heard.

wasn't there something about MY STORY like that there were songs recorded but weren't put on the album..it was rumored that some of these songs made up the rest of the tracks on Secret when it was changed from a mini album to a full album. Maybe 'Memories' was one of those songs that just hasn't made it to an album yet.

I think it just got renamed. :\ Or like, he wasn't supposed to post it, since it was possibly a "considered" song by Ayu, but was never used.

I heard somewhere that Ayu wrote "Moments" in 2000(during the vogue,far away and seasons era).Later on 2004 it was composed by HIKARI for the My Story album.

Ayu wrote Moments especially for a Visee CM in 2003/2004, and was meant to only be the short 30s version in the CM. After a ton of fans at her FC site said they wanted her to make a full one... she did. :\ Oh, and it was composed by Tetsuya Yukumi, arranged by HIKARI.

Where did you hear that she wrote it years before? @_@
