imo Hilary Duff is her best. There are so many awesome songs in this one, like Someone's Watching Over Me, I cry everytime I watch Raise Your Voice lol
I used to love Hil a lot, but now with Reach Out I'm going a bit away from her, don't like this image change. Dignity was a glam sexy image, and that one was really nice. <3~
