hmm i dont think they are IEM, Im pretty sure that she plugs the earphones into a device(like that black square thing in her concerts) and vocals go into the earphones. She probably uses the earphones on her own free time.

And i still cant find those specific ones.

Stages are very big and noisy places.

Naturally you have microphones for every instrument, which all get transmitted to amixing board where the volumes can be put up and down blah blah.

Then in the earphones everyone has, they hear every instrument.. including themselves.

Ayu hears directly everything going onstage, and most importantly herself so she can hear if she is hitting the right note or not.

And her earphones have little things on them to adjust the volume... normally they're just rubber plugs that go into your ears, but hers are very different tothe average > probably something to do with her semi-deaf left ear...

I have the FX01 and it's excellent. The FX30 is even better since it includes higher ISO abilities and OIS. It really depends what you are using the camera for, though.
