This too. I got warned from LJ-staff because of uploading copyright stuff. Probably Toshiba-EMI kept seeing my page. They just warned me because of Utada and JYONGRI's stuff.

But well, if I got another infraction, I'll get banned of there. I don't want to make another page.

What does that have to want to post in my own page too? (i think i misspelled) I think I'm gonna move it to blogger again. Blogger is a ****, but I never had infractions. At least, I won't be without a layout in it.

Wordpress recently deleted Beyond the Sea's account due to copyright. BtS is the most popular j-pop review blog and the reason it was deleted was because Lex posted the D/L's of what he reviewed on there. However he's back up and running again, and everything seems to be ok.

Maybe this helps? Oh and, couldn't you not just upload EMI artists, if they're the problem?

There isn't a problem otherwise it was ripped by a friend, or something like. I won't post everything set to 'Friends Only' in my LJ. I just set both Hatsune and Foxxi singles to 'Friends Only' because they were ripped by my friends and they wouldn't like if I would upload it to everyone. I just shared the info about it here because there were some people around waiting for this (probably my friends... or not, I don't know).
