A Song for XX and RAINBOW album question

I want to be informed about the Japan version of "A Song for XX" and "RAINBOW" albums.

*Is "A Song for XX" has a really large CD case(A.K.A. JEWEL Case) and booklet?
*Is "RAINBOW" has the real title track included on the album?

RAINBOW doesn't have the song RAINBOW on it. That song is on A BALLADS

As for ASFXX, it has a booklet (http://ayumi.primenova.com/booklets1.php), but I'm not sure what kind of case it comes in.

With RAINBOW the album, the song was not included on it, only a short instrumental version was available for download if you purchased the album before a certain time. As for ASFXX, the version that I have came in a regular cd case with the normal CD booklet inside, I'm not sure about it though, seeing as I got my copy from a friend.

^Ah... okay!

So you received the "A Song for XX" with a regular JEWEL case?
I read an article about it and it said like this:

~From eneabba.net/ayu~
3. About "A Song For XX" album
'Japan' version has a great presentation, and the CD case is bigger than the standard one (the booklet is so well made and the paper is so good that it occupies more space - so it needs a bigger box). 'Overseas' version comes in the standard case [Nick's note - that is correct, my 'Overseas' version is in the usual CD case].

It means that ASFXX was a First-press released album before?

Anyways, thanks for the info about it.

My copy of A Song for XX is slightly bigger. The "spine" is thicker.

i have japan first press of a song for XX and the case is slightly thicker. maybe 2-3mm thicker than a normal jewel case.

The cover is printed on metalic paper (real silver colour) the reason the case is thicker is bcos they make more room for the booklet. it is not overly thick booklet - its just that it is slightly heavier paper - better quality and they didnt want to press it too flat to fit in a normal case.

Hope this helps-- if you have n e more q - ask ne? ^^
