There is one Fly high remix that is "officially" written with big H.
Track #8 on Fly high single: Fly High "Dub's F Remix".

Everything else is "Fly high", so I've always found it a bit awkward. Must've been a typo.

Seems like it could've been intentional.

Looking back at the OBI, it's not the Dub's F Remix, but rather the "NON-STOP - 'NS DANCE MIX'"
