Lately in Italy are raised genres like poprock and hiphop.
But the most famous genres are the light music, pop, house, rock and singer-songwriterclassysnob things.

I;m from SG too My fav music is j-pop and trance! I have many friends here that listen mostly to bands, both chinese and english, especially english. Whenever I went into a music store, my friend would kept pointing out j-pop section and go 'hey you favourite!' cause they only listen to c-pop and e-pop :p
