So I'm using the "Rainbow" theme/skin of this forum and...
I swear I caught the picture of Ayu moving it's mouth like a .gif. Like she slowly opened and moved her mouth. Is that part of the theme? Because it like... always catches me off guard. Can't catch it moving when I stare at it.

oh i use rainbow too, it never moves for it and it shouldn't move since the banner is a JPEG....unless it's like an optical illusion or something @_@

The banner's a JPEG image so I don't think it'll move at all ^^

Ummm no. I've only ever used the "Rainbow" theme since I joined AHS and have never seen it do anything like that. Maybe your... computer has a virus? :/

 Nah, seriously I've never seen what your talking about in the RAINBOW layout. I usually use the I am... layout, though. The RAINBOW layout is so bright. >.<
