so...my definition of rock: i cant explain it xD but rock just is...different, if i listen to one of ayus "rock" songs i think of pop with a rock influence, especially the singing melodys are mostly pretty poppy and the mix, with mix i mean how everything sounds all polished(especially her voice) and how guitars, bass and drums often are pretty background, another thing i cant explain properly xD but its like...rock mixes are never polished to be perfect, they simply arent, little flaws and some...dirty sound belong to rock and ayu has this in not a single song

those arguments doesn't quite convince me. The problem here, i think, is that the term rock, unfortunately, is used to loosely and can be used to describe punk, grunge, post grunge and even metal music (among other roots of rock music) ... so i guess this is where we part ways.

While i agree that some of her tracks have pop influences (a pop influence doesn't make a track strictly pop) or an R&B influences (Love N Hate) I totally believe Rule (i.e.) Ladie's night (another night) because of you and others are rock. and i don't think ayu always needs to make rock in her albums to be considered a rocker.

I DO consider ayu's rock... rock.

Oh, and by the way (back to topic) the only track i would change is evolution. I don't see how that track is rock at all

Ooh, fun...but A ROCK makes me think of a pet rock for some reason. xD Not just a rock, but yeah.... I dunno why, but I'm really goofy today....

Anyhow, I would call it "A J-ROCK ANTHOLOGY" or something, like, with Anthology written not only with an Ayu A but maybe like, in the RAINBOW album font.... anyhow. Something J-ROCK would be cool.

1.) GUILTY
2.) Marionette
3.) talkin' 2 myself
4.) About You
5.) Mirror
6.) (miss)understood
7.) alterna
8.) Because of You
9.) Rule
10.) Mirrorcle World

I dunno, to me (miss)understood and Rule seem kinda rock-ish...so if they aren't obviously J-rock or anything, gomen. ^-^;
