CDL 07-08 making of talk

Hey everyone.
I got the CDL07-08 DVD lately and in the making off there is one part where ayu is talking to her staff. Or dancers only I think. And she looks as if she was about to cry and everyone looked so serious. But I couldn't figure out what it was about, can anyone tell me?
Sorry if this was asked before somewhere and thanks

About 4 of her newer dancers at that time were not performing on par as she wanted... Or rather, than not performing on par, she knew they were trying extremely hard and she wasn't satisfied with them.

Well, first it starts where she's naming people and saying "you won't be performing in these songs" and everyone just kind of accepts it. But then on another day you see her reading their letter to her, I guess they were asking why or something so she then started to explain that she knew they were trying very hard and that was what hurt her the most, that it just wasn't working even though she knew they were trying. It was mostly about how their feelings were coming across in their dancing or attitude on stage. In the end, the dancers just said they'd continue to try their best.

As far as I can tell, the whole thing was resolved because of, if I'm seeing correctly, those dancers DID perform in those songs in the end.
