is BIG HITS！2012/03/09　 12:00～13:00 mean Midnight 00:00 - 01:00 in Japan?
Or it's afternoon time in Japan?

It should be 12 in the afternoon and not midnight. Japanese TV stations usually use `24h` instead of `00h` so it would be 24-25h if the show is airing at midnight.

me too, with the exception of the amazing BRILLANTE, all of the FIVE PVs were just "ok" for me...so i hope the new PVs will be amazing.
