How about an ayu live audio album?

I really like listening to lives and I thought ayu may want to release an album consisting a collection of good lives. She may have done some bad lives but there are good lives as well and I certainly would enjoy listening to the lives rather than just studio recorded ones in cds

What do you guys think?

Hmm, it really depends which concert it's from. I generally don't listen to live compilations because the audience distracts me, lol. I know on the AHS DC++ hub, there are people with mp3 rips from all the concerts, so that's better than nothing.
I really like the ANGEL'S SONG, Teddy Bear, and Memorial Address lives mp3 from Arena Tour! Those are the only live songs I listen to from her.
Realistically, I don't see Ayumi releasing a live album because she releases so much stuff as it is. Part of the allure of her concerts is seeing the costumes IMO.

That and seeing her three-dimensional figure.

I thought about this idea a while ago since a lot of live songs sound really different than the CDs. But the odds of them actually releasing on are pretty slim if you ask me, and I don't think a lot of people would buy it. Just my opinion.

But why would you just listen if you can watch it on a DVD? It's much more interesting to see Ayu dance around on stage than to hear Ayu dance around on stage. Maybe if she did a show that wasn't huge, like not Arena Tour or something, a show more for song value than entertainment value... but then... oh never mind.

I'd like to have a live CD as well and have always wondered why Avex has never released one yet. I like live CDs to begin with - because it often showcases the artist's/band's talent all the more - and, on top of that, dislike watching music DVDs. I'm not sure why though. I love watching drummers do their thing but that's it - I get bored all too quickly with this stuff. However, live CDs, that'd be great.

One thing though - please not a collection of good lives. A live CD should be one show, unedited and what-not. Imo of course. I have one 'compilation live CD', Tested by Bad Religion, and it's horrible. Fade in, song, fade out, fade in, song, fade out. You can't get into it. Brr.

ewwwwww no, not to bash or anything, but her live concerts aren't very good at all, I think Ayu is an "edit" good singer.

I think it would be very good if she did an acoustic live album (not orchestral but acoustic). Something like M from Arena Tour would be good on a live album. Her voice is definitely good enough to do one since her voice sounds richer live but it wouldnt necesarily please everyone since it IS quite different from the album.

I love listening to Ayu live, cause it's so real. I think a live album would be a good idea, I'd go for it.

I think if they were going to, their time has long passed. If she had done one during the Duty/I Am... days, it would've been great. Dome Tour would've made a wonderful live album. But to release anything new...I just don't really see it happening as her voice isn't that strong anymore.
