I understand the symbolism in Ayu's A BALLADS cover, but I can't quite see any symbolism in Thalia touching her own chest like that. Unless it's a promotion for breast cancer awareness. . .

RAINBOW, and so on! Whats wrong with this one!?!?

I think u are the one overeacting... if they want to think the opposite from what u think, I believe is their right (not everyone has to think like u) that;s why this is an open forum so everyone can speak their minds.
 plus I think they knoooow what it means... they just express the obvious (well some of them) cause it;s funny... in other note I posted and mp3 but it got block!

The symbolism behind it can be several different things. It could mean Thalia loves her body, or like what you said. But when a person sees something like that, or like Ayu on the cover of LOVEppears, their first reaction isn't going to be "OMFG AYU'S PARTIALLY NAKED BECAUSE OF SO-AND-SO!" or "OMFG THALIAS TOUCHING HER OWN BOOB SO SHES REPRESENTING SO-AND-SO!" The first reaction to something like that in most people is "omg why is she touching herself there" or "she's showing off a little too much."
For people to grasp hidden meanings so quickly is putting a very high expectation on them. Because humans are fallible, all people won't see the symbolism. So to criticize people for not doing this is a little... inane. My first reaction was "woah wtf? she shouldnt be doing that."

Most people aren't criticizing her, per se, more like the arrangement of her hand. But some comments could have been left out.
(and P.S., more than likely Thalia didn't come up with the photo idea, so she's not to be blamed.)

actually she did... she was involve with all the creation of the art work.. (as i read on her website) at least the cover and the... mmm decorations? are her idea, (the decorations for her official cover) she said she was really involved that's why this album has a lot of meanigs under surface...
this is the official album cover:  The one in my first post is only for the Japanese release and the ''two thalias'' image is part of the art work on the booklet If anyone is interested Dl this track called Seduction so far my favorite!

Yeah it looks pretty similar. Even though Thalia's hands are in all the wrong places. XD
The colours are nice though, even though I prefer Ayumi's A Ballads cover better. XD
