Ayu's image and Cosmetic Surgery

^A lot of Japanese tend to have small boobs. But not all. Ayu doesn't look that big to me, but normal. I like the way she looks and it's her fashion and her lyrics that matter to me the most.

For magazines and any type of media, I think a person is airbrushed. Of course, EVERYONE gets pimples and blackheads. Seriously. LOL. In this issue of Glamour this month, they show the models with make up and without. You could see bumps on the foreheads on the models. I LIKED and admired the women without make up more because they looked more natural and more like a normal person with flaws.

Oh, yeah i'm not saying that shes had work done on her boobs. But, I have thought of it.

Padding/Push-up bras/well-tailored clothes are the best friends of the asian female (seriously, Japan has a ton of major lingerie lines, they know their asian boobery). I wouldn't say she's had anything done breast-wise because I have a friend who's an A cup and it's of course made her a bit insecure, I've seen her wear and helped her pick out things that would not use falsies but made her figure seem curvier.

Case in point: A study of staring far too much at Ayumi's boobs (and some Maki Goto). All are magazine scans since neither are the type to be caught by paparazzi at the beach so photoshoppery and lighting will also come into play but bear with me.

Maki Goto -

First one actually does not use padding, it uses underwire, almost all these swimsuits do, second one obviously does.

Ayumi Hamasaki -

First one is the earliest of the three, it's pretty obvious aside from the swimsuit just looking a bit horrid in the first place. Halter is a fabulous neckline for emphasizing womanly assets in addition, in the About You PV, she does not show cleavage but her dark blue dress with the halter top certainly flatters. Second wasn't fantastic but it's not so obvious, visibility is a bit dimmed with the bright lights on her light skin. Third is probably the best since it emphasis and lifts without being overtly obvious but if I wasn't so tired at staring at her breasts by now I'd outline the area where her natural bosom is and what's padding.

+Clothing

Again, earliest to latest to my best recollection, the last two may be switched however. First one is my favorite one to laugh at. It's terrible and she looks so uncomfortable and unnatural and whatever sex appeal is there just comes across somewhat Paris Hilton-ish. The second is due to the powers of a corset to squish together and lift the bosom. I couldn't find a HQ one of that (although I rather like the picture, much obliged if someone has it) so I recant on the corset part and it may just be a bustier which has similar effects, but not always as pronounced as a corset. The last is the awards thing I don't quite remember where she wore the fantastic red dress. In that picture you can see how much of the top is boning and not actually her. Fabulous dress, she pulled it off well but if she was a little more filled out the top wouldn't have looked so awkward. Especially when the footage was shown of her walking down the ramp to receive her awards, you could see the top moving back and forth due to the boning in the bodice that rested on her hips.

Those who wish to argue plastic surgery due to how puffy her face in that one can go ahead, I thought it was an interesting cap.

If there was any surgery, the transition happened sometime between the before or after the release of Boys & Girls. I wonder when she had the time to be... surgerized xD

i was thinking of how rumours fly. some people might never think of ayu having surgery till other start it, then everyone start to think ayu had surgery.
what more, your teacher used ayu as an example without concrete proof. this is very wrong, he's a lecturer, he should not jump to conclusions, as students will listen to him, he's etting a bad example. ayu can sue him for that.

Omigosh, I'd be shocked if any of you think Ayumi has had breast enlargement surgery. Ayumi hardly EVER goes without wearing a push-up bra (let alone going bra-less). Her recent bathing suits have always been underwire and/or padded. If anyone's ever gone shopping in Asia for bra tops, you'll know that they are more padded than anything Victoria's Secret has (you can also pay an extra few dollars to have pads sewn in). ...ok, that's enough girly talk for now. ^^;;

People are going to think what they want reguardless of who you feel. The Surgury Issue I heard to so many times and etc. Honestly I don't know what to believe anymore. But if she did so what? Lots of people do it. And she has to money, that doesn't mean im not going to listen to her anymore.

And No one better not try and play their selfs by saying "How Could I think Ayu got surgury done." As I stated I don't know what to believe since Their is no proof she did or she didn't.

I doubt Ayumi had breast surgery. Look at the beginning of Inspire PV, where she was wearing that shirt thingie...her breast doesn't look that big.

Also a note, out of all of the plastic surgeries, breast surgeries are the hardest to recover from. It takes months for the muscles to adjust the the new weight of the breast. I'm guessing, and from people's experience as they said, it is very painful.

Covering up flaws, such as pimples and such. Plus, she knows that people are filming her for the DVD ya know.. so yeah.

I've been told not to wear foundation, but I do still, but not a lot. In this case, with ayu, maybe it's a filming thingy. then again, people can airbrush the person in videos and movies too.

Prismatic Tears, you're eye is really sharp with looking a boobies you're right, ANY type of plastic surgery takes a helluva long time to recover from. It's not like those shows you see on TV, where they just fast forward to recovering process to what they look like now.

What if she had looked like a hillbilly with no teeth and she just thought, that just maybe before she started her career she could get some nice teeth? Its like going to the dentist and getting a cleaning/crowns/or even fake teeth. Like when people have to get fake teeth sometimes cuz they fall out? is that even bad?

air-brushing and make-up, plus good camera shooting angles + good studio lightings imo. anyone can look prettier under those conditions. i'm a media student..and I've seen how under good conditions, a person can become unbelievably more attractive.
