[NEWS]BLUE BIRD (Jacket A,Jacket B and Jacket C??)

i just got this on my e-mail..
According to Cdjapan.. there will be three different Covers... and there will be diferent extras in the dvds

Jacket A(cd+dvd)
New special maxi single release from Ayumi Hamasaki to bring in the summer of 2006 is this year's answer to her "A," "H," "&" series. Includes three tracks. Jacket A edition includes bonus DVD with music videos for the first and second song, and the making-of of the first song.

Jacket B (cd+dvd)
New special maxi single release from Ayumi Hamasaki to bring in the summer of 2006 is this year's answer to her "A," "H," "&" series. Includes three tracks. Jacket B edition includes bonus DVD with music videos for the first and second song, and the making-of of the second song.

Jackte C (cd only)
New special maxi single release from Ayumi Hamasaki to bring in the summer of 2006 is this year's answer to her "A," "H," "&" series. Includes three tracks.

so i guess there was something special for the 40th single, we only have to wait for this to be official

Yeah and different tracklistings as well. I posted them in the singles thread:

I know! Weird! There are 3 versions of the single now. The normal CD version, CD+DVD Jacket A, CD+DVD Jacket B. Plus they have different tracklists:

DVD Tracklist Version A:
01. Blue Bird PV
02. Beautiful Fighters PV
03. Blue Bird (making of)

DVD Tracklist Version B
01. Blue Bird PV
02. Beautiful Fighters PV
03. Beautiful Fighters (making of)

They expect the crazy fans to buy more than one, i suppose... everyone else will pick the extra they want or the cover they want.

Keep in mind, Avex does this cuz fans keep shelling out the cash. If you can't afford more than one, don't buy more than one.

That said, it's good to hear avex is doing something slightly different for the big four-oh.

i wouldn't call this something special honestly. i hope they didn't make this decision to make up for the lack of the third song...because if they did its a really crappy tradeoff. honestly, i hate this idea, having two covers is already bad enough, but now we have THREE covers? i think its just a blatant attempt to sell more singles.

yes.. i agree with you.. but this is somehow "special" cuz we usually dont have three covers... its gonna be interesting but its true.. its a crappy trade for the third track x_x... as i have said before... i wanted track 3...avex go to hell XO

i am calm. and i know that A and H had more than one cover, but my opinion is still my opinion.

Unhappy because Avex is being greedy and it'll cost me lots of money .

I like that they're releasing 3 diff. covers, though.

Greedy Avex! I don't mind changing the covers but the DVD tracklist! That's WAY TOO MUCH! Thumbs down to Avex! Unless of course they release the singles at lower prices which I doubt will happen.

Changing the DVD tracklists seems a little silly to me....but 3 covers sounds like a good deal for now.
