The magazine wasn't out today, darn! I checked several times at different stores to make sure...I guess they really do release the magazines on the actual release dates they list on Ayu's official website

Anyway, the magazines usually stay in stores for around a month. One store here still had copies of Popteen June 2006 (with Namie on the cover) but the rest of the stores were already clearing out that issue...making way for Ayu

I get the feeling that somehow she doesn't really pull off cute that well anymore. Maybe I'm too used to the "sexy" Ayu image these days!

And it seems that many of us don't like her current hairstyle. Personally, I'm okay with it, although I prefer the style she had for the Ladies Night PV. This one's not too bad I guess, gives her a more mature look. Probably why she doesn't pull off cute in this cover.
