CM versions - Demos

Hello !

Few days ago, I saw the Kose Visee CM with "July 1st", and the song is totally different than the original version. It's like the Panasonic CM with "STEP you" which is diffrerent too. Does somebody knows if these CM versions exists in audio, in full version ? I searched but I didn't found anything...

the CM-version of Immature was released; but other than that.. no.. some songs just are quite different from their CMs...

Thanks for your answer. But any CM version was released on the web ? We should write to Avex that they should release a full album with CM and demos ! lol.

I'm suprised they haven't released something like that yet.

There are other songs that sound different too in the CMs like GAME, my name's WOMEN and Trauma in that old CM for ayu promoting flavored water I think

They don't usually do this for "pop stars" like ayu. She'd have to reach crazy Tori Amos/Led Zeppelin/etc. levels of "Artist" (as opposed to "performer", "pop star", "singer", etc) for them to release this. There's just not that many people interested in her creative process. Not enough for avex to take a chance and release demos and early, alternate, or unreleased mixes.

Though I'd love to see it myself

They're not even releasing full versions of remixes that were only in megamixes; I wouldn't hold my breath on this

Moments from the VISSE CM is different too, I like this version better.

"still alone" had a different version for the Takano Yuri Beauty Clinic CMs, too...it sounded like it would have been awesome. *___*

In Zespri Gold Kiwi CM there is an early version of BLUE BIRD. I have this CM somewhere, let me know if you want it.

they had been released in "Promo CDs" but nobody rips them

Are you sure?... I think Promo CDs contain final versions (original mixes), not demo or early versions...

Promo cd's are cd's that are sent to the press and radio stations. So the FINAL versions are on promos

There ARE probably cd-r promos from even further back in the production process, as those would probably be what goes to the advertising agencies for CM making, but I'm gonna guess they're thrown out once CM production is over.

I love the beautiful fighters CM version... sounds darker, as compared to the fluffy bright version we have right now

Or rather destroyed, so that they wouldn't leak... not that it would hurt anyone

but I suppose they just don't want that to happen... especially leaks from third party companies, like film production agencies that put the video material together into an actual commercial video, would probably couse some trouble to those who didn't keep things under a lock.

There's always a demo cd, with all of this tracks, the thing is who, and if it's possible to get in contact with, i really haven't heard about any japanese artist leaked n such, so..i'm not sure if it's possible to get those versions, tho the track might be the same lenght, seconds more, seconds less...

If theres like no off-voice in the CM, which i doubt i can give it a try and make a "full-lenght" version of em'...but i doubt that's what u want at the end lol...

It really depends on if ayu & her people have even decided to keep the demos. Since they're not perfect versions of the songs, they might consider them less important and not worth keeping. Which would be sad.
