What should Ayu's release schedule be like?
What do you think? I'd like it better if she took more time between albums for starters. Not only would it improve sales but it would also give the Japanese some time to breathe too.
Hikki's been around almost as long as Ayu but Ayu now has 11 albums while Hikaru has 5. It's obvious who's sales are doing better though, not that that's the only thing that matters. Don't take this the wrong way though, I'm not trying to spark an Ayumi VS Utada VS Kuu blah blah blah, but I really think Ayumi's release schedule should be similiar, like many western artists. The lady needs a break anyway, right? ![]() I'd be content with just one album every two~ two and a half years with only one concert for every album. I think this will let everyone breathe and could even boost up sales (which by the way are pretty good ![]() As for singles, maybe if they were cheaper people would start buying even more. Like, this is just rambling, but I think it'd be cool if it was just one CD with DVD capabilities, like many western albums that contain MVs etc. And then Avex should sell it like for 800 yen! Ayaka and Kobukoro's Winding road was 500 yen or so and sold great! I also think she should release more digital singles like Together when... which did fatastic, right? ( ・ヮ・)ノ What do you think? Sorry that I rambled for so long (many nonsensical things...)
