I mean seriously, it's not impossible to learn to speak fluently another language, especially that English is a universal one.

I definitely wouldn't think it'd be impossible. XD Especially since she could pay some pretty awesome teachers to help her along. It's cool to know that her English has improved, though I never thought her English was bad.
